Sealed vs Expunged Records
Colorado court access rules can restrict criminal records. Juvenile matters are not ordinary public files. Sealed or suppressed cases may not be fully available through public search. Adoption, mental health, protected personal information, and some probate material also have access limits, though those are not ordinary criminal case files.

CBI public criminal history excludes juvenile arrests, traffic arrests under age 16, and sealed cases, while law enforcement has fuller access. A person correcting an identity mismatch or wrong criminal history entry may need a separate CBI process even if the court file is sealed.
Access Logan County Criminal Records

Criminal History Checks
The CBI Internet Criminal History Check is an official Colorado name-based criminal history tool. It is not the same as a Logan County criminal court case-file search. CBI ICHC can be useful for statewide Colorado criminal history information, but it does not replace the court docket, court record request form, or clerk-issued disposition.
CBI's FAQ says required search criteria include first name, last name, and date of birth, with optional Social Security number criteria. The CBI system is a criminal history channel, not a public court document portal, and public CHRI excludes sealed cases and certain juvenile or underage traffic arrest material.
Restricted Logan County Criminal Records
